Humor is infectious. It lightens burdens, inspires hope, connects us to others, increases our insight, keeps us grounded, focused, alert, and happy. Laughter is a universal language that stimulates both sides of the brain. It allows us to get messages quicker and remember them longer. We all learn more when we're having fun.
Sophy's Blog
Sophy started her blog "Happy Thoughts Travel Fast" on April 17, 2011. By 2017 she had 1 million visitors, by 2018, that number grew to 44 million. Ironically, that's when she stepped back to focus her creative energy solely on work. Seven years later, October 16, 2025, Sophy decided she (and the world) needed a little more levity, so she started blogging again.

Sophy has been writing and drawing since she was old enough to hold a writing instrument. As prolific as Sophy is (estimated output of 11,000 pieces of content since 2011), she also doodles R46 comics, makes stickers, and paints large scale paintings and hyperrealistic portraits for friends and family. If you've met Sophy, chances are you have one of her "See the Good" stickers!
